SilhouetteSling is a pliable sling which adapts to the body and requires minimal space in the wheelchair. It has an adjustable head support and provides good support for the entire body. The design allows the patient to hold his/her arms either inside or outside the sling.
SilhouetteSling is made of a comfortable, pliable net fabric which allows body heat and moisture to pass through. This makes it particularly suitable for lifting to moulded seats, since the sling is usually left in the wheelchair after the lifting operation is completed.
Liko SilhouetteSling provides for a somewhat reclined sitting posture, which is appropriate for patients with poor trunk stability. Liko SilhouetteSling is very popular in care and rehabilitation situations, where sitting shells and moulded seats are commonly used.
Liko SilhouetteSling can also be used in bathing and showering situations.

Before lifting, keep the following points in mind:
SilhouetteSling was originally designed for small children. Sizes are designed for rehabilitation – size Medium is really Medium-Slim, i.e., fits tall, slender patients.
